Cameron Carlin serves as Executive Director of His Grace Foundation, bringing more than a decade of experience in fundraising, community engagement, and program development across nonprofit organizations and professional sports.
Prior to joining His Grace Foundation, Cameron worked at Texas Children’s Hospital, where he managed a community fundraising portfolio generating more than $5.3 million annually. He oversaw more than 100 fundraising events and built relationships with individuals, schools, community groups, and corporate partners. His previous experience also includes community relations roles with the Houston Dynamo FC and the San Antonio Spurs, where he developed programs connecting thousands of children and families to meaningful resources and experiences.
His connection to the mission is deeply personal. After witnessing a family member endure a lengthy hospitalization, Cameron understands the challenges families face during medical crises. That experience inspired his dedication to supporting families navigating similar journeys.
As Executive Director, Cameron is focused on expanding community partnerships, strengthening donor engagement, and increasing awareness of His Grace Foundation throughout the Houston area so more families can access critical support.
Outside of work, Cameron enjoys traveling, playing sand volleyball, baseball, basketball, and pickleball, and hosting weekly game nights with friends. His favorite travel destination is Reine, Norway. A fun fact: before beginning his career in philanthropy, he trained alpacas for the rodeo.
