Rylie York serves as Director of Development for His Grace Foundation, where she leads fundraising, donor engagement, and community partnerships to advance the organization’s mission of supporting patients and families on the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at Texas Children’s Hospital.

Rylie is a graduate of Baylor University, where she studied Public Relations and Nonprofit Marketing. She first joined His Grace Foundation as Director of Programs from 2022 to 2024 before continuing her career at Texas Children’s Hospital as a Donor Relations Advisor. While at Texas Children’s, she stewarded donors through strategic engagement, thoughtful cultivation, and meaningful giving opportunities.

Her connection to the HGF mission is deeply personal. As a bone marrow transplant recipient, Rylie experienced the support of His Grace Foundation firsthand during her own transplant journey in 2019. That experience shaped her passion for serving families facing similar challenges and continues to inspire her work each day. Every year since her transplant is a milestone she celebrates with profound gratitude and a renewed commitment to giving hope to others.

Outside of work, Rylie enjoys traveling, reading, running, volunteering with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and serving as a national volunteer for Chi Omega. Whether she’s exploring a new city, gathering around the table with friends and family, or running through her favorite park, she values experiences that foster meaningful connection.
