1. Tell me about the moment you knew you wanted to be a volunteer with His Grace Foundation?

During a Texas Business Travel Association meeting Val spoke and gave a testimonial of a patient’s story and that touched my heart and I knew from that moment I wanted to help in any way possible. When Val offered to give us a tour I jumped at the opportunity.

2. What do you love most about volunteering with HGF?

I love seeing the patients and their family members smile, it fills my heart with so much joy.

3. Is there a specific story (or moment) that comes to mind through your volunteering that you know you will never be able to forget?

Volunteering during Christmas, stuffing stockings and seeing the pure JOY, gratitude and thankfulness on each patient, sibling and parent faces is something that will stay with me forever.
