Volunteer Spotlight: LaTonya Edmeade and Lynn Ripley

Lynn Ripley and LaTonya Edmeade became HGF volunteers “after hearing Val speak of the great courage the children have fighting for their lives on the BMTU,” LaTonya says. She and Lynn are members of Texas Business Travel Association, a longtime HGF supporter.

“Seeing the smile that a coffee, tea, and meal brings to the families is my favorite part of volunteering,” LaTonya told us. “Every time I volunteer, I leave the hospital filled with joy.”

Lynn and LaTonya have served at HGF events on the BMTU—like the Valentine celebration pictured here—and off-site—like our golf tournaments and luncheons. We’re so thankful for their faithful service!
